Good concept

I love the game concept, it has a couple bugs but it is overall a great game. Also I have some ideas for you to consider
1. Hiring employees should be made easier and more automated and assigning tasks made easier
2. Get rid of all the scrolling through all the menus
3. Add in some other expenses like infrastructure( servers, network fees etc) and by more expenses I mean make it to where you actually need an investment later on in the game
4. Like everyone else I think you should be able to invest in and/or buy other players startups
5. Last thing, there should also be different funding rounds like seed, angel, then series a thru d or e
